Privacy
This public summary explains the data flows relevant to DocuElevate. The current full policy is published at app.docuelevate.org/privacy.
What DocuElevate processes
Documents, file names, OCR text, metadata and processing status are processed to organize and route files at your request. Processing destinations are selected by the account owner.
Connected providers
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, S3, Nextcloud, WebDAV, SFTP and IMAP can be connected where enabled. Access is requested when you initiate a connection and is limited to the selected purpose. A source connection lets DocuElevate read or receive documents for processing; a destination connection lets it write processed documents to the location you choose.
OCR and AI
Depending on your configuration, OCR and metadata extraction can use Azure Document Intelligence or OpenAI. DocuElevate does not use document content to train general-purpose models. The configured provider processes data only for the feature you request under its applicable terms and deployment settings.
For Google Workspace API data, DocuElevate's use complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
Apple status
Sign in with Apple and selecting iCloud files from the mobile app are planned and not yet available.
